Our delivery information
Shipping prices are for the UK only, we can ship Worldwide, but please contact us by email, admin@soup-dragon.co.uk, to request a shipping price.
The standard delivery charge is £2.50 for orders up to £25.00, up to £75.00 the delivery charge is £4.50. Delivery is free when you place an order over £75. We aim to ensure your order will arrive with you within 2 to 5 working days. Should there be any problems with this, we will let you know in advance. Your parcel will need to be signed for, it cannot be left on the doorstep in case it goes astray.
Returns policy
We are certain you'll be delighted with your purchases. However, if you do have any problems, we will be happy to exchange any item you aren't satisfied with. Should this happen, simply fill in the returns slip, send the item back to us in a resaleable condition and we'll provide a full refund on the cost of the item. We would recommend you send the item back with insured delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

VAT Information
All prices include VAT at 15%. Children's clothing is exempt from UK VAT, and that is reflected in the price.
