Djeco

DJECO STUNNING TOYS, ARTS & CRAFTS & CHILDREN'S ROOM DECOR

Djeco was established on the banks of The Seine in France in 1954 by an innovative mum called Veronique Michel-Dales. Today, the company still operates from those same offices and is known globally for its striking design-led children's toys for 0 to 10-year-olds.

It is little wonder that their designers come up with such stunning products considering the picturesque surroundings. The name Djeco refers to the gecko - the little green lizard in their logo. The gecko is said to be a symbol of luck, bringing happiness into Southeast Asian homes, and Djeco's delightful toys do the same thing in homes across the world. Over the years the Djeco range has expanded from Veronique's original educational games of the 1950s to include developmental baby and toddler toys, wooden toys, jigsaw puzzles, art materials and beautiful and unique craft sets. Read this satisfied mum's review of one of Djeco's lovely storybook puzzles, and you will understand why they are one of our bestsellers.

The bright and colourful Animambo collection is a recent addition to this fantastic brand. It includes musical instruments ranging from pianos and guitars to drums and xylophones - a perfect introduction to music making for young children.

If you are looking for the perfect gift for a newborn, that will last into childhood, why not consider a Djeco snow globe style nightlight? In addition to offering comfort to a sleepy child, the nightlight makes an attractive addition to a nursery or bedroom.

The baby and toddler ranges offer toys to help develop and improve everyday developmental skills from number and colour recognition and vocabulary to fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Customer favourites include Stacking Cubes, easy to play games and pull along toys.

As an independent shop, we are proud to be a stockist of this iconic range. Browse our fantastic selection of Djeco, and remember that shipping on all UK orders over £40 from Soup Dragon is fast and FREE.
